• The Refer-A-Friend promotion is for existing MyRaceBet.com customers who refer new AmericaTab, Ltd. customers only.

• The $100 sign-up Bonus is for a limited time only. Sign up early and urge your referral to fulfill the requirements to get your set.

• Accounts will automatically be adjusted the next business day.

• The Bonus Promotion is for new AmericaTab, Ltd. customers only. Existing customers of TwinSpires.com or any AmericaTab, Ltd. affiliate are not eligible for the promotion.

• The customer who refers another is only eligible if the referred friend fulfills all the requirements of the promotion.

• Only one customer can claim the referral bonus for each referred friend.

• A new customer is eligible for only one sign-up bonus, and only one customer per household will be allowed to participate in the promotion. The restriction applies to the new customer in the Refer-A-Friend promotion and to the new sign-up promotion. The referring customer receives $50 for each person who fulfills the requirements of the Refer-A-Friend promotion. A new form must be filled out for each referral.

• New customer must wager $100 during the first 30 days after sign-up to receive the sign-up bonus of $100, which will be deposited into the customer's wagering account. At that time $50 will be deposited into the account of the referring friend.

• New customer must make the required $25 initial deposit to comply with Oregon Racing Commission rules regarding Account Wagering, and must submit a signed AmericaTab, Ltd. Draft Authorization Form within the first 30 days after sign- up to be eligible to receive the bonus.

• New customers are eligible to refer other customers once they have complied with the Oregon Racing Commission rules regarding Account Wagering. See above for compliance.

• AmericaTab, Ltd. reserves the right to discontinue this promotion at any time. AmericaTab, Ltd. also reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any customer participating in the promotion, and to disqualify anyone from receiving the sign-up bonus if it determines the customer has not complied with the rules of the promotion, or has provided false or misleading information about their identity.

• Patrons residing in jurisdictions where applicable law prohibits account wagering are not eligible for the promotion. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Employees of AmericaTab, Ltd. and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors, directors, employees, advertising agencies, and their respective immediate family members are not eligible.
